I have been thinking about jealousy, again, and the damaged people behind the emotion. Jealousy seems to be an unstoppable plague blighting humanity and no one can escape it!!!!
It seems to me that people are becoming more and insecure and the level of jealousy rises with the level of insecurity.
Yes, there is a definite correlation between the two.
A little Jealousy can help, but that dosage is very, very, VERY small indeed – comparable to the amount of Cyanide that won’t kill you.
Yes, it can give inspiration or motivation to do something, in the smallest of doses. Yet, like most things people just don’t understand moderation!!
I like your images. The messages they hold are truer than true. Sorry that you need to share them, but they did bring a smile to my face. And I’m not in the least bit jealous that you shared them and I didn’t! 😉
Thank you Ally Bean, appreciate that! Yes unfortunately they are too true. Just lately I have experienced a few jealous types, new to my life. I suppose in this world people are OK, so long as they are talking about themselves, but woe betide if you have anything to say that might topple them from their tiny thrones! Haha, glad to hear there is no jealousy from you regarding my little ol’ pics!! ;- )
“…but woe betide if you have anything to say that might topple them from their tiny thrones!” Well said. So true.
Thanks, very kind of you!
Thanks, very kind of you!
It’s a shocking emotion, and no good ever comes from exercising it.
I agree John. It is such a disappointment when others cannot refrain from ensuring they express their jealousy (in one form or another). It really is the bane of everyday life. Alas, much wants more.
